It finally came true - Manila the city of Chaotic people.
On 2 March, i could still remember vividly, departed from Singapore to Manila. I was so excited, only God knows how i felt at that time. To add on, i was pretty much nervous because i was all by myself. Amazing isn't it?! never did i expected for me to travel to those countries but it really happened.
Okay so i board Tiger instead of Cebu Airlines, and its full of Filipinas & Filipinos. Its a 2.5 hour flight to Manila, Ninoy Aquino Airport :) Flag a cab and it costs me 600 pesos which is around $17 SGD. The taxi driver thinks im a Pinoy, what the hell, but im kindda okay because everywhere i go, i blend well with Pinoys! I love Manila. First Night at Manila and i had A Pizza feast :)stayed at 1River Central, conveniently and centrally located but the noise pollution in Manila is Something which i cannot Tolerate.
After a whole day of Shopping at Greenhills, i visited this place Everyday, wanna know why? there's loads of FOOD here and Halal Food as well.
Went some where around intramurous. A super duper nice place but loads of Snatchers, somehow you don't feel like you're in Manila. Below is Fort Santiago also known as Intramurous.
And i went to Manila Ocean Park, Dissapointingly small and you can cover up the place in 1 hour and they expected me to wait for the Penquin show at 7pm when i was there at 11am? sure bo?! that's why i went to Intramurous.
Ooollalalalala its Green Hill again, i've spent more than $300 sgd just on shopping here plus food. i love the Uni Mart here and the Italian Bakery.
Went to Trails of Antartica, pretty much educational place.
My awesome roomates, Donnah, Toshi, Anne & Janz. A Japanese Professor and Cebu nurses.Had a great Dinner catch with EA! As usual, there's just so much catching up to do. Met her at Greenhills and we had Dinner at Amici, Italian Restaurant.
One of the Best Ravioli I've ever tasted. Super Shiok pls.
Went to Manduyong for Mega Mall, i love Mega Mall and i bought a new Luggage there since it costs me less than $120sgd. Love the design and there's loads of Shoe SALE. Shoe fanatic like me, yes i bought 5 different kinds of TOMS, 1 Lacoste shoe and a nice pretty leather bag. Donnah and Me, my friendly & caring room mate. This Jeepney cost 7 Pesos, wanna know how much it is in SGD, it cost 0.20 cents only?! its worth trying but beware of Snatchers.
I tried jollibean, a meal that costs me less than 150 pesos which is around $4.40 SGD.
Janz and Me,we literally sang and set off well as Good friends. Thankful to have this people to meet along the way.
Under water world Manila.
this is the Manila, Ochard Road, only the rich can shop here. The Middle and Lower class can forget about buying anything below 500 pesos here.
Last night we spent together in Manila, the Happening People in 1 River Central. Gonna miss you guys so much, Take care and hope to bump around with you all someday.
My 5 Days in Manila was indeed spent well. Met up with Ea was one of the most things i look forward but also meeting new friends like Donnah, Janz, Anne & Toshi was known to me as blessings. I never thought i will meet kind, friendly, caring people like them along the way. It was a fruitful trip and i learn many things which i don't realized it actually happened in reality. Thank you Allah for the Opportunity. Next up, Thailand -Bangkok.
